I haven’t had a chance to do a full report on our stay at Posada Mawimbi on Isla Holbox. I plan to, just don’t have the time at the moment. It’s our new favorite vacation spot in Mexico.
I did however get a chance to upload the videos taken with my crappy digital camera to YouTube to give my loyal readers (all four of you!) a feel for the place. The videos are kinda boring but what the hell….
The first video is a short clip of our room. Basic yet quite comfortable. It looks smaller in the video than the room really is.
The other three clips are all taken at sundown on our last night there. They aren’t the best quality but to convey a sense of what the grounds are like.

BTW, in this last clip you can see the brand new bar area lit up in the background. It opened the day we arrived. I have to admit it was nice having a bar right there on the grounds.
