I was hoping to be able to post pictures from our trip to Tulum, Mexico. For some reason I can’t upload photos over the internet connection here at the hotel. That’s a bit of a bummer.
The flight down was great. There were only about 35 people on the plane. I had a whole row to myself and slept most of the way.
It’s quite warm and humid down here at the moment. If you get too far from the beach and way from the ocean breeze it’s just too hot for me. I’m surprised how few people there are down here at the moment. We usually come down in February. We’re a few weeks early and there’s about 10% of the normal February crowd down here at the moment. It’s got a very sleepy, laid back beach town feeling.
We had dinner last night at our hotel, Posada Margherita. It was fish cooked in sea water. Absolutely delicious.
Had my first beer at 10 am today. It felt like it was noon.
